Ok I’m looking more and more like an old man. I’m not ok with this, but I was rocking my @overlandbound shirt throughout Yosemite, while maintaining leave no trace and zero landfill while refilling our @hydroflask except that one time we ran out of water and bought a couple bottles of water.

Although her bug has been determined to be beyond repair in its current state, we still had a great time in Yosemite National Park and had a few laughs. So Franken-daughter wanted to join Overland Bound...

At Overland Expo West 2018 we signed her up and got her an emblem to put on her buggy, which she finally got round to doing! Meet member 13263!

What is Overland Bound?

It's a community of people who like to get out and explore in their four wheel drives, and camp. I've written a lot about the overlanding movement lately. I like this community because everyone I've met including its founders are really nice people willing to help if you need it. Unlike other clubs they don't look down to alternative vehicles, and have the motto "It doesn't matter what you drive, but it does matter where you drive it, outfit and explore." Well her little car will fit right in, it's already traveled all over the western states under myself and my dad. Now its her turn to enjoy the open road in this little car!
