Well, the bar is one step closer to being done. We put on the bar rail around the top, and the corner trim. Just need to set the tile and grout. Then it'll be done. Also had a chance to finish the wiring in the bar, and put the trim around the fridge...
Which brings up one little over sight. We had wanted to enclose the fridge so we can insulate it from the heat in hopes to make it run a bit cooler in the summer months... It looks as through we made a mistake. Instead in the past several hrs the temp rose inside the fridge 10 degrees! Oops. So a quick fix in taking the back panel off and replacing it with one made of screen in hopes to lower that temp down.
Speaking of temperature, we hit 93 out here in the sticks today, which prompted me to put up the misters around the saloon porch. Which instantly lowers the temp on the deck, and with a nice breeze also helped lower the already cooler temp inside a bit. We will need to hang some drapes over the large window this summer, but it still shows signs of being cooler in there than any other building in the compound...
