Vans are awesome, they're functional, cool looking, and all the rave, but damn are they expensive! On average a home in the Phoenix area is selling for $100-150 a square foot, but one of these vans will start at a $1000. For full time living I would look elsewhere, but for a cool Instagram influencer that just won't do.
