It’s surprisingly good, a strong flavor with a great aftertaste, in my opinion it’s a perfect after dinner drink served chilled. What is the origin of absinth? The Parnassiens were a group of 19th century French poets. Their drink of choice was Absinth, and this recipe seeks to recreate the spirit. An intensely anise and fennel-flavored liquor prepared in the traditional method with contact of herbs and clear distillate. That’s a fancy way of saying it tastes like black licorice 😂
