Drove through Enid on our way to Arkansas, stopped by one of the largest grain silos I’ve ever seen. These buildings are massive, and there are a dozen of them! So impressive.
On day two of our Ozarks adventure, we decided to head a little further north making it to Missouri camping by a lake, being dazzled by the chorus of crickets, frogs, turtles, and other unseen nightlife. Sitting by a fire watching dancing lightning bugs the air is starting to cool and the humidity is starting to fade. Not sure where will go tomorrow, we may start heading west and back into the plains.
We had a great time exploring the Ozarks, it was just a quick trip not nearly enough time to see everything, but just the time spent in the mountains was what we needed.
