The monsoon season is on it's way.

Well it's almost that time of year again. Historicly the first week of July brings the monsoon weather pattern to northwest Arizona. however it feels like it is here early this year. The offical start is now the first day of summer, however I still like to use the "third day of 40 degree or over dew point" for the offical start. With that said today is day two. Yesterday was 43 degrees and today is 51 degrees. There are clouds on the horizon and the humidity is climbing. Yesterday we had showers but nothing big here at the ranch. That's not say we didn't have any problems. Down the way they had a road wash out from the rain, which makes me a little nervous with only two-wheel drive vehicles in everyday running condition just how bad will our road get, and how well will the truck and blazer be able to make the trek? I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Dew point went back down Saturday, now we have to wait three more days to be offically in the Monsoon Season!
